Every day when we turn on our televisions, we are bombarded with heart-wrenching tales of violence, abuse and a host of other obstacles ...drug use, gang violence and unsafe sexual promiscuity threaten not only the future of our young people but the future of our workforce. Now there is a way you can help. The Be The Star You Are!® charitable Not-For-Profit corporation was created to promote, develop and distribute positive educational and inspirational media programs that empower youth at risk. We need your contributions to positively impact individuals facing significant life events as well as providing role models for youth and adults in similar situations. Join me, Cynthia Brian, and a host of other entertainers and professionals in making a difference for our youth and citizens. There are several ways you can help:

Donate Books

Now!  For a $100.oo donation, a box of books valued at approximately $450 will be shipped to a charity of your choice.  When making your donation, please indicate the name, address, phone number, and web site (if applicable) for the charity where the books will be donated!

Be the Star You Are!® 501(c)(3) charity, dedicated to empowering women, families, and youth at risk through literacy and positive media accepts donated books, CD's, and music and re-distributes these resources for FREE to groups in need across America. Books need to be new or nearly new. The donor receives a tax deductible receipt for the full retail value of the resources donated.  All donors are listed on the Galaxy of Stars donor page and are thanked in the newsletter, Starsearchers Express. Most genre books are accepted except those that advocate pornography, illicit sex, violence, or abuse.  We especially need books for children and women.

Financial Contributions

In order to acquire, distribute and commission our library of books and other media that help people achieve their dreams, we need your contributions. Our goal is to raise $1 million THIS YEAR with 95% of all contributions received going directly to implementing the mission of buying, promoting, and distributing positive programs.

Be The Star You Are!® believes that information infused with inspiration has the power to transform and change lives. Be The Star You Are!® is an inspirational library of books and other media committed to providing positive role models for youth. Through its radio and TV programs, website and catalogue, Be The Star You Are!® promotes and distributes its ever-growing list of informative empowering positive videos, tapes, and books to audiences who would otherwise never obtain these materials.

In an era when violence and skepticism dominate the airwaves, Be The Star You Are!® programs offer a refreshing, welcome alternative of positive inspirational messages encouraging the American Dream.
