change lives, Be The Star You
Are!™, a charitable not-for-profit corporation, is
committed to providing positive role models for youth. Be The Star You Are!™ is a
not-for-profit library of books and other media to empower youth-at-risk to
improve their daily lives. Through its radio and TV programs,
web site and news-letters, Reading Spells Success Literacy Outreach,
and other
programs, Be The Star You Are!™
promotes
and distributes its
ever-growing list of informative empowering positive videos, tapes, and
books to
specific audiences and the public at large to help people
make their dreams and

its founding in 1999, Be The Star You Are!™
charity has supported 32 organizations through which 17,000 individuals and
their families have been served, logged
23,000 volunteer hours, and distributed $825,000 in
books and media resources. We have supported
organizations serving at-risk youth populations, programs
for Seniors, Women, Job Re-entry, Homeless Shelters,
Substance Abuse Treatment and Recovery
Programs.
We may be small, but we are MIGHTY!
