Mission of Be the
Star You Are!®,
a not-for-
profit
corporation, is to provide, promote and
distribute its library of books and other media
to
empower women, families, and youth-at-risk to improve their daily
lives.
The
Vision of Be the
Star You Are!®is to
help all
women, families, and youth-at-risk, regardless of ethnicity,
religion, sex,
vocation and avocation overcome obstacles,
increase self-esteem and give these people a
head start so they can beat the odds.
BE
THE STAR YOU ARE!® is a 501(c)(3)
non profit corporation. All
contributions and donations are
fully tax deductible under the
law.
Since our
founding, Be the
Star You Are!® has served
approximately 173,800 individuals and families within 58
organizations and has logged more than 119,880 volunteer
hours, while distributing over $1.6 million in resources. We
may be small, but we are MIGHTY!
