Health is a diverse topic with many nuances to explore. Hosts Joven Hundal and Jack Pawlakos do just that in a Gift of Health edition of Express Yourself! The teens start the program with an edition of Jack's segment Trends without Ends, where they discuss both positive and negative health trends regarding teenagers and the general populace. They go on to interview HIIT pilates instructor and wellness coach Melanie Kotcher as she discusses her line of work and how she first got into it. They learn how pilates can affect all aspects of one's life, and how to improve their own well-being through different coaching processes that Kotcher champions. They also discuss how to best motivate people, especially teens, to exercise and yearn to improve themselves. Finally, Joven and Jack interview new reporter Siri Phaneendra about the art of meditation and how to best tailor one's own meditation experience to meet their desired needs.

Bio: Melanie Kotcher is a HIIT Pilates Instructor and Wellness Coach for busy women and men looking for quick, effective, and sustainable solutions to tighten/tone, lose weight, release stress, gain confidence, and of course, have fun. Melanie holds a Pilates Mat Certificate from Equinox’s Pilates Teacher Training Institute and an Advanced Diploma in Coaching from the New York University School of Professional Studies. Her customized individual wellness programs include HIIT Pilates training in the comfort of your own home, a shopping list, meal plan, dining out guide, and an optional wellness coaching enhancement (which can also be booked as a stand-alone service). Wellness programs and workshops are also offered for corporations, nonprofits, and private group parties. Melanie has always had a passion for fitness and strongly believes that practicing mind/body balance can produce life-changing effects.
