Healing Headaches and Hindsight

Headaches and Hindsight

Is hindsight 20/20? Is there a balance between foresight and hindsight. We can’t be stuck in the past. We can learn from our mistakes, move on, and improve our future. Hosts Katie Choo and Joven Hundal interview Jan Mundo who shares her powerful, personalized, comprehensive program to relieve migraines in The Headache Healer’s Handbook. In step-by-step instructions, she helps readers: discover and prevent the triggers and patterns that perpetuate their headaches and migraines; stop their pain on-the-spot; and transform their lives. In her caring and compassionate voice, she makes her techniques accessible to both occasional headache sufferers and those who have long felt misunderstood and misdiagnosed. Reporter Siri Phaneendra provides insight into hindsight as an opportunity to get to know yourself, to be patient with yourself, and to ultimately love yourself. Debuting as a reporter, Kenneth Jeon brings a new segment called 20/20 vision by talking about the special way films provide an avenue for reflection.

“Before, you are wise; after, you are wise. In between, you are otherwise.” - David Zindell, The Broken God

BIO: Jan Mundo has been healing headaches for more than forty-five years. She didn’t plan to become a healer, but as a young woman embarking on her spiritual path in 1970, she learned she could relieve headaches, including her own migraines, with her hands.

Mundo developed a mind-body program that teaches headache sufferers how to relieve and prevent their headaches naturally — without drugs and their side effects.

In The Headache Healer’s Handbook Mundo makes her techniques accessible to both occasional headache sufferers and those who have long felt misunderstood and misdiagnosed. As one of her clients expressed, “After thirty years of struggle, I feel as if I have a new lease on life.”

Jan Mundo has held programs at medical centers, universities, and corporations including Kaiser Permanente, Stanford University, and Apple. She is a certified Somatic Coach and massage therapist with advanced training in multiple healing modalities. She lives in New York City. More information at
