She emphasized the benefits of volunteering, including building a stronger community, personal growth, improved mental and physical health, and increased happiness. Cynthia encourages listeners to commit to volunteering as a goal for the upcoming year. In segment two, HB, aka Heather Brittany, joins the conversation to share her knowledge of wine and joyful living. The duo discusses the importance of financial literacy and debt reduction, as well as indulging in a healthy lifestyle.
BIO “HB” Heather Brittany
Heather Brittany grew up in a family with roots in the vineyards. Since 2017, Heather Brittany, known as HB, has worked in the tasting room at the boutique winery in Temecula, Danza del Sol where she offers elevated experiences and private tours and is the lead wine educator.. She calls herself a “wine nerd” as she enjoys making stuffy information about wine fun, digestible, and available to everyone. Heather is a level one Sommelier, a Wine Scholar with the highest rank of Distinction in the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (W.S.E.T) in level two, as well as a Certified Hospitality Industry Professional (C.H.I.P) of the Temecula Valley. A new mom, Heather lives in Southern California with her husband, two dogs, and barnyard of chickens where she enjoys gardening, nature, hiking, and entertaining. You may hear the giggles of her little daughter during the program!
